Insurance:

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment for sessions is collected at the time of service. However, if your insurance plan includes Out-of-Network benefits (such as a PPO or POS plan), you may be able to get a significant portion of your session costs reimbursed by your insurance company.

Why Choose Out-of-Network?

Many clients prefer to use their OON benefits because it offers several advantages:

• Privacy and Control: Your mental health information is submitted directly to the insurance company by you, not by the therapist, which offers greater control over your records.

• Wider Choice of Providers: You are not restricted to a limited panel of in-network therapists and can choose the provider whose expertise and approach are the best fit for your needs.

• No Diagnosis Required: While a diagnosis is required for reimbursement via a Superbill, paying out-of-pocket ensures that your insurance company cannot dictate the type of care you receive or limit your progress based on their internal rules.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Appointments that were not cancelled within 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge at the full rate that must be paid before additional sessions are scheduled. When emergent circumstances arise, exceptions may be made.
